"The Conference on Standard Promotion of Home Textile Bedding was successfully held in Nantong. On April 29, 2017, sponsored by the Bed Professional Committee of China National Textile Association and the Bed Subdivision Technical Committee of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee, and sponsored by the Nantong Office of China National Textile Association and Nantong Fiber Inspection Institute, the Conference on Standard Promotion of Home Textile Bedding was successfully held in Nantong, with the heads of bedding manufacturers and quality workers from Nantong and Shanghai regions. More than 120 bed distributors participated in the training. The meeting was chaired by Ruan Hang, China Home Textile Association.

 

At the meeting, Zhang Wei, deputy director of Nantong Bureau of Quality Supervision, gave a welcome speech. He briefly introduced the development of bedding industry in Nantong area, and said that the holding of standard publicity meeting in Nantong would be of positive significance to improve the overall quality level of Nantong bedding.

 

At the meeting, the experts also answered questions, the scene atmosphere was active, exchanges were full, solved many problems and confusion in the actual production work of enterprises.

 

Finally, Zhu Xiaohong, Secretary-General of China Home Textile Association, summarized the meeting. She pointed out that: quality is the foundation of the development of home textile industry, and home textile products are closely related to consumers'lives. With people's attention to the quality of life and life safety, consumers pay more and more attention to the quality of home textile products. In recent years, more and more home textile products have been sampled by the society, and the product quality risk of enterprises is increasing. To improve product quality, we must first understand and be familiar with product standards. Only by refinement and thoroughness of standards can we run through all aspects of production and sales. Only by strictly organizing production according to standards can our enterprises develop healthily and the industry develop healthily.
